I think lyle's strength lies in nutrition, not training, and I wouldn't bother doing his routine when there are lots of proven routines out there.

good routine, but you can add more sets
Lyle is not a big fan of volume for some reason
also, if you're a bodybuilder, do lat raises, and pec flyes can probably be a good idea as well (or just a much higher volume on horizontal press)
though i like torso-limbos more for a bodybuild goals
