>/g/ Approved brands:
* Nexus because of updates, unlocked to carriers, and good value
* Samsung because of pure performance even despite touchwiz, also best cameras
* Motorola for being near stock, good quality. Customer support isn't what it was.
* LG for still offering removable batteries and SD card slots
* Oneplus if you want decent phones, but be aware they have a bad reputation for support
* Firefox fx0 for $60, it's the ultimate poorfag phone. <--- people are saying that's not true, what have you found?
* Sony for offering good performing phones, great quality, dev support. Not so available in the US.
I no longer block ads

I no longer block ads. After growing up, I have realized that companies actually do earn money on this stuff. It hurts the Web as a whole if no one is able to figure out making money on it. Since this is INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, it makes sense that commercial information that communicates with the purpose of selling is going to drive a lot of the economic flow around this. In other words, it is good for the Web that companies advertise.
What we need is not less advertising. We need less intrusive advertising. Advertising that does not work in a way that is offensive. I think 4chan's banners are a good example of that. J-list's banners are not annoying. They even fit the color scheme of the SFW boards. Whereas the top 4chan image is annoying and obnoxious at this point (military guys with odd faces).
Environmentally, very little resources go into a single delivery of banners compared to a single delivery of printed advertisements. So say NO to printed advertisements, but allow digital ones unless they are done in such a way that the website ruins your user experience through them. (Newspapers are notoriously bad here.)

So, I'm very bored, so I setup a blank subreddit r/4CMT. All of you at /g/ are going to be allowed to edit this subreddit.
All I ask is that you keep it as SFW as possible. Only rule.
This thread is, believe it or not, not entirely about this project, but more about managing social networks itself. Feel free to discuss related topics to the coding and management of the subreddit.
Please, if you edit the subreddit, post pictures of the new layout after the edits. (Pic Related)
