>tfw you literally bought a meme. One would think a mouse that is so highly praised by the tech community was actually usable for gaming. The g502 is by no means viable for CSGO or other competitive FPS games. Its way too heavy to manuever at 400 dpi. Funny how even within the CSGO community you hear a lot of people using it. But why aren't gamers using the mice that pro's use? Never have I ever seen a pro use the g502. Both /g/, reddit and the rest of the tech community is filled with logitech shills. Bought a Rival for half the price of a G502, and holy shit have I been missing out.

This thread was created to prevent anons from spamming new threads, for technology questions they have. If you are that person, post your simple/small/stupid questions here Don't bump. This is a slow board, and will continue to be. Wait for an answer or google it. If you see other anons posting questions outside this thread, ignore or redirect them here Use >>>/g/sqt as a link to find the sqt thread

Holy fucking shit, I am so sick of seeing these responsive design in your face fucking websites that run like shit on high end hardware. Heres a list of what im talking about: http://www.corsair.com/en-ca/landing/bulldog http://learnpythonthehardway.org/ http://www.lynda.com/ https://plus.google.com/ https://teamtreehouse.com/ http://www.netflix.com/ http://www.wired.com/ http://www.forbes.com/ + Outlook mail, holy fuck is there a worse email client? I have to use this POS for university + Every fucking blog/tumblr/portfolio When the fuck did simplicity become outdated? Why the fuck do some of these sites not even allow me to get the desktop version on my phone, instead forcing me to use the slow ugly responsive design version? These are examples of perfect websites (some modern and some old design), they all load quickly, render quickly, and everything is intuitive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page http://www.logicalincrements.com/ (a bit slow, but thats only because they put almost everything on one page) https://projecteuler.net/archives http://codeschool.org/ this website WEB DEVELOPERS, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER! You need to realize that you can make a very nice looking website without disabling my scroll setting, adding unnecessary animations, loading a shitload of images, taking over 10MB for a few paragraphs, etc.

I am in dire need of assistance techies. Ya see somehow last night in my drunken, cocaine-enhanced stupor, I managed to get my iphone 5s into disabled mode. The only way to get to this is by getting the passcode wrong wayy too many times, like i said, i was retarded drunk. Anyways, now the iphone says "Disabled, Connect to iTunes". When i connect to itunes, a window pops up saying, to enter a passcode in the phone, but how THE FUCK CAN I ENTER MY PASSCODE IF ITS DISABLED? Looked all over the web and everyone says the only options are restoring or start from anew which im not happy with any of those. Mainly i just want to see any text msgs from since it went disabled, which i wont be able to see if i restore. Now as for third party software, apparently no one has been able to bypass the bootrom of iPhone 4s and beyond. Unless anyone here knows of any ? Or any goddamn other options. I have been losing my fkn mind over this for hours now please help a fellow techfeg. tldr: Dumbfuck friend typed passcode wrong too many types disabling my iphone, how do i bypass this? clean or dirty.

Previous thread: >>52333358 Other business laptops are also welcome in /tpg/ (e.g. Dell Latitude/Precision, HP EliteBook/ZBook). New 2016 ThinkPads announced: http://www.anandtech.com/show/9889/lenovo-refreshes-thinkpad-lineup-at-ces http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2016/01/big-ram-laptops-are-abundant-as-lenovo-does-its-skylake-refresh/ ---- If you're looking for purchase advice, READ THE BUYERS GUIDE FIRST. Then post, stating budget and requirements (e.g. size and performance). Don't buy anything OTHER THAN T, X AND W/P SERIES if you want the Real ThinkPad Experience™ Recommended models: T420 - 14", normal size X220 - 12.5", lightweight ---- Why ThinkPad? (also applies to other business laptops) >They’re really cheap when you buy a used one. >Keyboards feel excellent while typing (yes, even the newer ones). >Great durability thanks to the inclusion of rollcages and use of glass fiber reinforced plastic for the chassis. The keyboard is splash proof and spilled liquids will drain out. >Utilitarian design - e.g. indicator LEDs, 7 row keyboard layout on older models. >Docking solutions that easily turns your laptop into a desktop. >Easy to repair, upgrade and maintain thanks to readily available service manuals for almost every model. Spare parts are easy and cheap to obtain. >The best trackpoint (that red thing on the middle of the keyboard). Great for those who type a lot or hate swiping their fingers all over a touchpad. >Excellent GNU/Linux & *BSD support. ---- Used ThinkPad Buyers Guide: http://ktgee.net/tpg EPP discount for new ThinkPads (USA & Canada only, usually 15%+ off): http://pastebin.com/wumE7L2f ThinkWiki - Info on ThinkPads and running GNU/Linux on them: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/ThinkWiki ThinkPad service guides w/ tutorial videos: https://www.lenovoservicetraining.com/
