I need to embed a scripting language into my game engine, but can't find the "perfect" language. Ideally, it should be object oriented and have good list manipulation. Any rising or unknown languages that would be good for this purpose?
I've already considered Lisp dialects and tcl, but I'm looking for possibly other choices.

>New Radeons 290X and 290 will utilize bridge-free CrossFire technology
>New bridge-free CrossFire technology will work through PCI-e, but no significant loss in lanes transfer rates would appear
>Two 290X cards in new CFX will give a roughly 1.87 increase in performance (almost *2 times), while three cards will give roughly 2.6 increase.
>Both 290X and 290 support full-size 4K resolutions right out of the box, while 60Hz and with stable 30 FPS at most freshest graphical applications, while gave stable 60 FPS at maxed-out games such as Battlefield 3, Far Cry 3 and Skyrim (with HDR texture and model packs).

>One 290 is 10% weaker than the GTX Titan, and just 5% weaker than the R9 290X, while costing at least 500$ less than one GTX Titan.

>No-bridge easy CrossFire for BOTH 290X and 290, full 4K support for both, 290X cost at least 250$ less than a Titan, 290 costs 500$ less than a Titan while being only 10% weaker.
It's over. Nvidia is finished.

Hey /g/, I need some help with python.
If I wanted to print the first so many elements of a list, say like 5 or 6, what would the command line be? Like, say I have a list with 15 items in it and I want the user to input a variable, and it prints the items up to that input. What would I do?

Hi /g/, /lit/ here.
I'm sorry to bother you with my bullshit, and I con only imagine you recieving thousands of threads like these a day, but I need your advice.
I need a cheap laptop, hardware doesn't matter that much, as I will use it with crunchbang linux for text editing, and very basic media/internet browsing. The main focus here is on a very long battery life. I am also looking at something not that heavy and that does not heat up that much. SSD would be great. So far I was thinking of the thinkpad x200 (laptop mode, not the one with the tablet included) or x230.
Does /g/ approve? Any better advice? Thank you so much.
