Hey guys So I work at Intel (cs intern, nothing special) and get the employee discount as a result, that means 50% off all processors. Me and a couple friends want to build a build agent for a game we plan to make in Unity. It'll also be my personal computer but I think games and building (as well as quality assurance shit like unit tests and regression tests but I think those are pretty light loads) are going to be the most demanding shit I want this computer to do. i7-4770k is $175 and i7-4930k is $285, not to mention that socket 2011 mobos demand about a $100 price premium. Is it worth it to upgrade to the ivy bridge-e series six core for $220? Think I'll notice a difference? I plan to run two virtual machines which will act as the build agents. pic related, it's the kind of food I get at intel :D

How's my build /g/? I'm going to be upgrading the computer that I'm using right now, so I'll be salvaging my 650W power supply and 1TB hard drive. I want to be overclocking, but I'm not entirely sure which cooling system I should go with. Also, is there anything that I can modify to lower the price without losing performance? I basically just choose the highest rated items. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2cjnK

soup /g/ I'm looking for a proper microphone for skype/recording music/recording sound effects. After a bit of searching I found these but I don't really know what makes a good microphone. Also I think these are overpriced since they have a fancy name and are shiny. So what microphone are you using or which one would you suggest me? TLDR: Suggest me any good versatile microphone which isnt overpriced

Hi /g/, I've been using a PS/2 mouse. Today, I turned on the computer and the cursor wouldn't move. A couple of restarts/shutdowns didn't help, so I gave up and shut off the computer for a while. Now it works, and I'm not sure what I did differently. I've heard that unplugging and replugging PS/2 devices while the computer is on can cause damage to the port, and I'm not sure if I did this, but should I really worry about this now that the mouse is working again? (Should I even worry at all if I'm using a modern motherboard? It's a Gigabyte board if that matters.) I'm switching to a USB mouse anyway, but I'm just worried that I damaged something, even if it's something I might not use regularly.

Hello /g/, I'm in love with scapy and want to know if there are any apps with its same functionality for Android. I've tried 'Packet Injector' and the like but they're highly limited and somewhat useless. Any thoughts?

>late 2013 >not mining CUMCOINS >Once your ejaculation is confirmed by enough miners you are rewarded with a fraction of a cumcoin. You can earn cumcoins through continued ejacuations or confirmation of said ejaculations over webcam. The limited supply of possible ejaculations provides the scarcity upon which this currency is founded.
