Joel Jurion is back on pixiv (and on some other sites). "I started in a project crowfounding . It will be a book that will combine my erotic pornographic works that correspond to the law of my country ^^ . If you want to participate you can go to this link http://fr.ulule.com/cent-pudeurs/ I want to clarify that removing all of my drawings is not related to this book but for personal reasons. By cons to this book allows me to reconcile myself with moi_même . So I 'm sorry if I have disappointed you and I hope to do the best book with this collection . There will be many things that you know me and even more because I'm working right now." Seems like he was really afraid of the pedo hunters. Poor guy.

Does /ic/ have a study group for the cool kids or something? I really need some peers because I can't deal with the isolation. I know Marko Djurdjevic said it's normal to feel alone at first and that people will come to you once you git gud but I can't wait that long!

My friends and I are having a fight about who is the most autistic, and here is what we came up with. Trial by sonic fanart. I have combined both of the submitted works of art for your viewing and critique. Please, /ic/, tell us which is more autistic.

I know that Leonardo da Vinci was already famous during his lifetime (the King of France, for example, wanted him more to display the famous man as a trophy and to talk with him than to enjoy his artistic skills), but when exactly did he became famous, and why? He became famous, I suppose, because of his art, and yet why was he more famous than several other artists of his time? He was not that productive, and his works are not that much more impressive than many other masterpieces of the same period. It is not as with Michelangelo, who could work a marble stone that was already damaged and was almost abandoned and carve the David, or who could, even disliking painting, create a fresco that was and is still unsurpassed (he painted better than even Rafael, who was the sensation of the time). So, why did Leonardo became a superstar on his lifetime? His notebooks and multi-area thoughts and interests were not known among his contemporaries, and his status was mostly a product of his art-works. As for his inventions, from what I read they were much more the product of fantasy than actually workable ideas: even in his engineering meditations Leonardo was much more of an artist than a man of action and an inventor. What was the act, the thing that firstly really catapulted Leonardo to fame during his lifetime? Also: Leonardo da Vinci thread. Discuss him, post his works, post books about him, make questions about him.

Anyone use these forums? How's the community? Average skill level and usefulness to leverage critiques? Permanoobs seems like a isolation tank, everyone is really good but only goes in and updates their own stuff and never gives back to others.

Surface Pro 4 Pen Test

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff2zZfEL5ig Testing the jitter during diagonal lines using the Surface Pro 4. The test was done on the demo SP4 at the Glendale MS Kiosk. PaintTool SAI v2 Beta was downloaded to the machine (no installation required) and used with no tweaks. The stabilizer is set to the default value of 3. At the slowest speed there is noticeable jitter, however there is no drift like with other N-trig type tablets I've seen. If your general use case is at the higher speeds the drawing capabilities should be great. If you do need to draw at the lower speeds, I'd use Lazy Nezumi Pro which should fix it up pretty well. I currently use a Yiynova MVP22u V3 which has similar jitter (and drift!) but after some setting tweaks and with Lazy Nezumi Pro I can pretty much do everything I want on it. Also, the video had to be taken vertically because I had it propped on the ledge above the tablet with a weight so I could get a stable shot. Compare behavior to your own tablet to see how you'd like it.
