I'm lazy and have no motivation and will, and I can't finish anything and I'm getting sleepy of these books about learning and so on. But I want to, you know, to draw. So I thought if you, ic/ could leave itt some requests where you want me to draw smth it would be like, you know, a challenge for me. I think it will help me to practice more.

So I've been in this study mode for a while now, probably about a year or two, and what I wanted to get better for was to start figure painting eventually. I've been drawing in pencil for a long time and focusing so much on that that now that I'm at a stage where I'm comfortable enough to begin to learn how to paint I don't know where the hell to start.
I was wondering if there are any resources online or books for the very basics of painting, step by step kind of stuff, like the loomis of painting or something?
Also, right now I have red, blue, yellow, black and white acrylic paint. I want to eventually use oil but I heard acrylic is good for beginners, is this true?
I guess I'd like a redline

Ignore the dude in the back, he's supposed to have wonky anatomy, but I could still work on it.
As for the female in the front, do you think someone could please redline it? I'm trying to work with anatomy so much...I can tell I always mess up the chest area and arms especially, but it would be great to see someone find more mistakes, or things that need fixing!
It's much appreciated.
