Can we talk clothing/character design?
I suck so much at making pretty clothes for characters. The typical advice is to look at fashion, but most of it is slutwear or impractical, and maybe one in a hundred are inspirational. I have found a few good hits, though.
There's got to be guides for better ways to wrap cloth around characters in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Especially for guys. My focus is for graphic novels where I'll have to draw the character a hundred times, so it has to look good AND be easy to draw from any angle, including fighting gestures.

Hi guys, i got this problem.
I mix VanDyke brown with Ultramarine (but it doesn't matter which colors) and when i tries to paint with them, they are ok "grayish blue" as i want. Unfortunetely, when they dry, pigments separates, so you can clearly see ultramarine inside, vandyke going outside.
I dont know if im doing something wrong, but i suppose its more likely about pigments itself. I got these watercolors as present so i dont even know their price or origin
Its sucky quality, i know, but hope you can see the separation
Anyone knows what am i doing wrong?
