Why do so many draw nipples oddly?

It seems almost everyone, whether American, British, Japanese, artists I see usually draw nipples with a notable indentation on them, like they're concave.
But a nipple doesn't look like that, it looks like a bump that well doesn't have any of that stuff going on, to the naked eye.
What's the deal? I prefer nipples drawn looking well more like nipples

Hi guys, i got this problem.
I mix VanDyke brown with Ultramarine (but it doesn't matter which colors) and when i tries to paint with them, they are ok "grayish blue" as i want. Unfortunetely, when they dry, pigments separates, so you can clearly see ultramarine inside, vandyke going outside.
I dont know if im doing something wrong, but i suppose its more likely about pigments itself. I got these watercolors as present so i dont even know their price or origin
Its sucky quality, i know, but hope you can see the separation
Anyone knows what am i doing wrong?
