Perhaps you can help out a lowly fa/tg/uy with something.
You see, I'm a GM for a group of friends, and as of recently, they have two interests: touhous, and giant robots punching giant monsters in the face.
So, since I do my best to keep my players happy, I'm hybridizing both concepts with a Touhou D20 system for creating characters and spellcards, along with a /tg/ homebrew system that governs giant monster/giant robot fights.
What I have so far, is the precursor aliens from Pacific Rim use dimensional rifts to invade earth, and end up destabilizing the Hakurei Border and causing Touhous to end up in the real world.
So, /jp/, how do you guys think Gensokyo would react to massive monsters with poisonous blood suddenly coming through the Hakurei Border, and how they would react to being dumped into a land full of giant robots punching giant monsters in the face?
I imagine ones like Nitori would get into the technical side of building Jaegers, while ones like Suika would be right on the front lines punching things in the face while getting completely smashed off of saki.
What are your thoughts, /jp/?
