Sometimes I get drunk and shitpost on anti-gun websites with a Japanese username. After a semester of Japanese in college, I can make broken english that's good enough to fool anyone not familiar with the language. I claim to be an immigrant to America, usually one who was mugged or attacked or discriminated against, and bought a gun. I love the feel of knowing that with how many times I've done this, some libtard has to reconcile the fact that a minority immigrant from a nogunz country faced discrimination and defends himself with a gun. That someone who should be far-left is pro-gun. That someone from a country in great pride in their low crime levels is willing to call that country out for their hidden, surprisingly high, crime.

> What's this thread about?
As usual this thread is for the discussion and pics of tracked and wheeled AFVs of all kinds from MBTs to supertanks to self propelled AA guns. Please keep it civil and cite sources for statistics.
The Tunguska self-propelled anti-air gun is the defining face of SHORAD in the world of today’s high end air defense systems. While most of its kind has been long since surpassed in both effectiveness, range and complexity by missile systems like the TOR and the S-300, the Tunguska is still kept relevant through a series of comprehensive upgrades to radar, FCS and armament reach, and even now, the upper end of SPAAGs still occupy a small niche in the air defense world, being easily deployable, effective and versatile means of aerial combat. The Tunguska is equipped with an electromechanically scanned radar array that allows it to be highly accurate in target acquisition and has a number of auxiliary systems to allow it to counter enemy AGMs and infrared countermeasures. The Tunguska is by no means a panacea of airspace denial, as it is still limited in range and capability compared to proper interceptor and SAM systems like the Patriot and Buk. However, it is still milestones ahead of its predecessors like the ZSU-57 and ZSU-23, and remains one of the most lethal SPAAGs in service.

OP: Feedback, suggestions etc. Hey guys, something a little different today. Let me know what you think. Don’t worry, I’ll be still doing tank OPs, but I thought it would be refreshing.
ALSO; I’ll be innawoods for the next three or so days, so no threads until then. Sorry about that. I’ll still check the thread once I’m back, so post any comments if you want.
