Hey /k/, any sks fags on right now? I need halp. Anyway, here's the story. >firing pin broke >bought replacement >looked like it was protruding short >milfag friend told me to pull a bullet and just use camber the shell and see if the primer pops when you press the trigger. >so I pulled the bullet and tried. >notice the shell wouldn't drop in easy. >I released the bolt and let the shell get slammed into the chamber >the primer went off, so that's good, but did I possibly fuck up my headspace or the start of my barrel by doing this? I removed the firing pin, loaded the mag, and cycled a few mags worth aid ammo by hand. Everything seemed to work smoothly and whatnot, but I just want to make sure.

McVeigh is /k/ incarnate. >diehard supporter of the second amendment >iq of 127 >believed the nra's stance on gun control was too weak >his fucking answering machine was give me liberty or death >loathed federal bootlickers and the atf >In 1993, he drove to Waco, Texas during the Waco Siege to show his support. >At the scene, he distributed pro-gun rights literature and bumper stickers, such as "When guns are outlawed, I will become an outlaw." He told a student reporter: >The government is afraid of the guns people have because they have to have control of the people at all times. Once you take away the guns, you can do anything to the people. >You give them an inch and they take a mile. I believe we are slowly turning into a socialist government. The government is continually growing bigger and more powerful and the people need to prepare to defend themselves against government control. You can deny it all you want, but we all have a McVeigh inside of us /k/. While the measures he took were extreme, in a situation where the governent is passing and attempting to enforce draconian gun control restrictions, they are perfectly justifiable. Yes, chuldren died. Yes, most people would view that as repugnant. But I believe the government truly learned a lesson in 1995. Don't fuck with our guns.

The last thread merrily sped away Water Polo Edition > What's this thread about? As usual this thread is for the discussion and pics of tracked and wheeled AFVs of all kinds from MBTs to supertanks to self propelled AA guns. Please keep it civil and cite sources for statistics. Light, versatile, fragile and most importantly, amphibious, the PT-76 (Plavayushchiy Tank) was the primary reconnaissance light tank of the USSR and Warsaw Pact nations from the vehicle’s inception in the 1950s to the breakup of the Soviet Union. Literally named “floating tank”, a fundamental in its development was the ability to ford water bodies with little to no prior preparation, helped in part by the extensively boat shaped hull and two hydrojet propulsion systems located at the rear, with a trim vane at the front for added stability. Steering in water was assisted by side mounted water jet inlets which expelled water to change the bearing of the tank. The PT-76 also has two electric bilge pumps that are able to keep the tank afloat even with battlefield damage, and there is also a backup manually operated bilge pump within the body as well. However, the addition of these amphibious systems resulted in the PT-76 being disproportionately large dimensioned for a tank of its weight class and calibre. The other part of the light tank’s name, “76” is a direct reference to the tank’s main armament, the 76.2 mm rifled gun, able to fire HVAP rounds, both standard AP-T and subcalibre rounds, and is also able to use HE-FRAG and HEAT. A number of variants exist, many of them nationally differentiated, such as the Polish and Chinese variants, and more extensive designs such as the PT-85 (85 mm), the Israeli PT-71 (90 mm Cockerill + FCS, NV, rangefinders), the PT-76E (Russian, fitted 57 mm autocannon) and the common BTR-50P, an APC based off the chassis. > Gun Rifled 76.2 mm D-56T > Dimensions (l w h) 7.63 x 3.15 x 2.33 m > Weight 14.6 tonnes > Engine 240hp diesel > Speed 44 km/hr

"The short term solution is we have to ban the assault weapons, ban the semiautomatic weapons, ban the magazines that can hold more than ten bullets. That's it. That should be the bottom line of what we need to start with. We should be licensing everybody with a gun. I have to have a license for my dog. I have to have a license for my car. If you're going to do my hair later you have to have a license ... We don't require a license to own a firearm?"

How difficult is Marine Corps OCS? Experiences? I just finished my BA and was looking into it. My dad was an officer for 33 years and makes a great pension now that he's out. I also know that the Corps of now and the Corps of before are two different animals.

Sup /k/ What are you faggots going to buy with your tax return? I thought mine was gonna be pretty good this year, and if so I was gonna spend some on a PPS43 from SOG. Turns out my tax return a shit this year... as in it was $55. Also might get audited, as I did last year when selling some stocks to pay for school. So it looks like I'm using mine on groceries. Or to fill up my gas tank, not that that matters since my truck is in the shitter and has been in the shop for 2 weeks now. So tell me, what cool shit are you gonna buy that I can't afford right now?

This will be a bit of a long dump. The following is a basic profile on Imad Mughniyah; a Lebanese member of Hezbollah who ran a special operations unit; often referred to as the Islamic Jihad Organization, with an unbelievably good track record in the face of enemies which included France, USA, and Israel. Timeline: The problem with being able to give proper credit to Imad for his attacks is that he did not take credit for them personally and instead let the greater overall organization of Hezbollah or IJO take credit. The following is a list of events it is reasonably believed by intelligence agencies he was behind. -Born in 1962 -Joined Fatah as a teenager -Created “Student Brigade” which later was rolled into Force 17 -1981 Iraqi embassy bombing (age 19) (Response to Iraq aggression against Iran/Shia) -Fought in 1982 Lebanon War -Tyre headquarters bombing (approx 149 killed) (Response to Israeli invasion of Lebanon and resulted in eliminating of Israeli intelligence in Lebanon) -1983 Beirut US Embassy bombing (63 killed) (Response to US involvement in Lebanon) -1983 Beirut Barracks bombing (307 killed) (Response to US involvement in Lebanon) -1984 Beirut US Embassy bombing (20 killed) (Response to US involvement in Lebanon)
