Lada driving redneck here, My aunt gave me a couple rifles. One is a sporterized Lee Enfield, and the other is a Baikal air rifle.
The Enfield needs a cleaning, badly. The bolt hardly moves and it looks like its caked in peanut butter or some shit like that.
Ive got Hoppes #9 solvent and brake cleaner, will that suffice for cleaning it, or will I need more shit?
>pic related, looks kind of like that, pics when I get home.

/k/atalog search showed me little, I request a General AK thread. 47(m), 74, 104 etc. all welcome. As long as it's designed after Michail's simple brilliance.
Personally, I own a WASR 10/63 and I got lucky, aside from a very slight cant in the front sight post, it's pretty acurate at 300 yds. My only real bitch about this wonderful weapon, is the furniture.
So, I guess, two threads for the price of one.. aside from glorious capitalist pig removing/kebab removing weapon of genius, what have you done to yours to make it more yours?

So what would you do to prep for such?
Well... My family has
1x Saiga 12 (1000+ Shells)
5x AK-47 (3,000+ Rounds)
1x 10/22 (~1500 Rounds)
1x Mini-14 (1,000+ Rounds of M855 5.56MM Ammo)
4x .40 S&W Assorted Pistols (1,000+)
1x SR9C (600 Rounds)
Along with vests, helmest, gasmasks and enough food for 1-2 yrs.
All in a town .5% Chimp Pop, but in NYC Metro, towns as short as 10 min drive have between a 5% to 80+% (the count range in a 55% area) Chimp Pop
