Aren't the writings of Marx basically an amalgamation of the more profound ideas purported in the writings of Hegel, Feuerbach and Stirner, aside from an unintelligible political manifesto?

>Based on dispensationalist interpretation of prophecies in the Biblical books of Revelation, Daniel, Isaiah and Ezekiel, Left Behind tells the story of the end times (set in the contemporary era), in which true believers in Christ have been "raptured", (taken instantly to heaven) leaving the world shattered and chaotic. As people scramble for answers, a relatively unknown Romanian politician named Nicolae Jetty Carpathia rises to become secretary-general of the United Nations, promising to restore peace and stability to all nations. What most of the world does not realize is that Carpathia is actually the Antichrist foretold from the Bible. Coming to grips with the truth and becoming born-again Christians, airline pilot Rayford Steele, his daughter Chloe, their pastor Bruce Barnes, and young journalist Cameron "Buck" Williams begin their quest as the Tribulation Force to help save the lost and prepare for the coming Tribulation, in which God will rain down judgment on the world for seven years. Fuck game of thrones, this is the SHIT.

So what do you guys think about L. Ron Hubbards' fiction stories? I mean, he seems like has a pretty great imagination and obviously he was an intelligent guy. Are any of them worth reading? Reccomendations?

Is this book worth reading? I read Heart of Darkness and I'm about to finish Youth. Overall, I really like the ideas that Conrad embeds in both works, but I'm a little hesitant to start this one since I'll have to devote more time to it.

What did the ancient Greeks think of their gods? Did they think they actually existed or did they themselves see them as mythology? A tool to create stories with a message or philosophy.

I'm not sure if l've fallen for a meme, but l'd like to read some Kierkegaard. Do l need to have read anything else beforehand? Please refrain from the Greeks comment. I'll do it. Eventually. I'm saving money so l could buy everything on the list in one go, but l'd prefer to read Soren sooner. Is that a good plan or should newfags to /phil/ just follow the damn guides? Also, which of his works should l read if l want to be a better believer?
