How does /lit/ manage its annotations, writings and digital libraries? I'm looking for ideas as I engage in an autistic enterprise that uses Scrivener and Evernote to organize my annotations according to area.

Should I get Oxford's two-volume complete works or Modern Library's Basic Works? Basically, is the latter sufficient if I just want to know and understand Aristotle (and later references to him)? I suppose I'm undecided since the former is like $90 and the latter is $16 (SEP also says it's an "excellent translation") and I'm still not sure how deep I want to delve in to philosophy. I've also heard different opinions on /lit/ on how to approach Aristotle: some have said to read his most relevant works, while others have said to tackle everything.
