Okay hi, /lit/. I've never been on this board before and I'm pretty sure I'm illiterate so forgive me for the faggotry I'm about to ask. Anyway, I'm taking a CW GE and we have to write something ~post-modern~. I'm having trouble distinguishing modern and post-modern. Apparently the thing about it is modernism presents loyalty to history; post-modernism, alterity. Given this, is alterity alterity from our universe, or the universe within the story? And how does one write something distinctly post-modern?
