Ok, /mu, best guitar player?
>how innovative the player is(development and implementation of various playing techniques, etc)
>soulful(dependent on perception, but still universal in some players)
>originality of music
speed, gear used, and age is irrelevant.
my vote is for based god Hendrix.
DISCLAIMER: i shouldn't have to make this clear but its the internet, and 4chan, so, my choice is not me saying he is the best and your vote is shit. my vote is just my vote.

How important is the format of which something is released to you?
I'm in the middle of writing songs for a music project I'm doing mostly for fun and as a creative outlet, but I really want to release a full length album with my material and share with friends etc.
Thing is though, I've been working slowly at it during about 2-3 months and I have 5 songs pretty much done (about 20 mins) which I could record and release as an EP of course, but that's not enough for what I had in mind, but considering the time it took to write these I'm imagining it'll take about the same time to make another 20 mins of quality music, and I don't really want to wait that long.
Am I taking the whole full length deal to seriously? Should I just record and make an EP of these tracks I love and hope that I can make good songs quicker in the future?
Do you care about music being on EPs or full lengths?
