What are some good bike lights for my bike? a front light, specifically. I'm looking for something preferably kind of aero, and easy to pop on and off (people love stealing shit like that around here). Any suggestions?

/n/ I was buying some bike rain gear and found a cool biking rain jacket. it folds into a pocket on the front of itself so its easily transportable if it stops raining. also only costs $10 so its horrible ugliness and garbage bag feel is worth it. https://www.amazon.com/4ucycling-Raincoat-Jacket-Outdoor-Poncho/dp/B00JFQRHP6 just want to pass on a cool item i found to my fellow bikers

Bombardier is suing Metrolinx to prevent it from cancelling order

Metrolinx says they are liable to pay up to $500K in penalty to construction firm if track certification is delayed due to lack of train sets, prolonging the construction period. How do you feel about this?

This is probably going to rub some people the wrong way, but does anyone else here not give a fuck about cyclists? I literally have no respect for them. Think about it. You're on a 12 pound bike with no protection, weaving in and out of your lane, obstructing traffic and gesturing at drivers who overtake you. Meanwhile, they're in 4000 pound machines that are designed to protect the occupant at the direct expense of whatever they hit. If a car and a bicycle collide, there's no question who's getting the worst of it. But watching how these retards behave, you could be forgiven for thinking its the exact opposite. The most arrogant fucking pricks I have ever seen are cyclists, especially the ones who get all kitted up to ride their shit down major highways. When I'm driving, I expect any pedestrian or cyclist to have enough common sense to stay out of my way, for the same reason a rabbit should have enough sense to get out of the way of a buffalo. For what it's worth, I'm a cyclist too. Been riding for the last three years. And when I ride my bike, I make sure to get out of the way of cars, because I'm not a fucking idiot. But even then I have no respect for other cyclists and whatever arbitrary 'rules' they think exist. It makes me laugh every time some autist on his carbon fiber shit-tourer has a hissy fit because I'm in his non-existent lane facing the wrong way or passed him without signalling. Like seriously man, what are you going to do? By the time you get those gay little shoes unclipped to fight me I'll be five blocks away laughing. By all means, have fun on your bikes. Just don't act like it entitles you to anything.

Train Track Protection?

Do Nations bother to protect the railroad tracks for their trains? At first glance a single person breaking tracks seems like a pretty good way to bring down a huge expensive train but is it more complicated than that? Can trains continue on their way without trouble if the track's planks are damaged or removed for a short distance? Or do Trains primarily only require the metal of the track to remain in safe motion? For those wondering Author not terrorist.

Places approved by both /n/ and /o/

Why all the hate between /n/ and /o/. There would be no problems if we had a city with good infrastructure for both cars and bikes, as well as good public transportation. I love cars, motorcycles, bicylces, ATVs boats, planes, trains, and everything in between. So why all the hate? Love not war is what we need. So, what is the best place/city which has >good streets >a lot of bike lanes >public transport >good sidewalks >and more /n/ and /o/ approved shit.
