so, i have an old italian steel frame, i believe columbus tubing, and, after years of mistreating it and giving love to other bikes, i'm finally going to revitalize it.
i powder coated it 4 or so years ago, and i know that gasket remover is pretty inexpensive and works well for taking off old powder coating. i've looked around and asked a few people about shops or auto detailing places painting the frame (9/10 times painting the frame yourself looks like shit), but no one really knows. i was set on white, but then i've just thought about just sanding down the frame after powder coating, and maybe using some sort of rust protector and not painting the frame at all?
anyone have any experience with this? pic related seems to have good reviews.

I have a cyclocross bike with brifters and cross levers.
Since this is a commuting bike in actual use and I am a nerd, I want to add a bunch of stuff to it.
I already have an Airzound bike horn and a Cateye computer. I don't know where to put the Airzound without compromising all the hand positions I can get out of the drop bars. Yet, I still want to add two mounting points for two LED flashlights, and if possible, an iphone mount.
What is the best, most unobtrusive solution? Pic unrelated.
