Odd Advice for Achieving the Bosozoku Look?

I've always had a fascination and admiration, for lack of a better word, with Bosozoku ever since I saw a group of them riding on the freeway.

I absolutely love the style of their bikes and would love nothing more than to achieve the look on my own bike. Here's the problem... I own a 03 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic, a cruiser, obviously not a cafe racer styled bike...
Would there be any way for me to achieve a look similar to theirs? High sissy bars + high/pillion seat, racing fairing that has a similar style to the Bosozoku, exhaust if possible?
I guess what I'm asking is where do I go about finding parts like these that I can add to my bike? I could possibly work around and fix some up that weren't intended for other models, to fit my own
4wd or 2wd

I only just got my license so don't have a lot of experience. About to buy my first car, and don't know whether to go for the 2wd or 4wd.
The roads get pretty snowy in winter, so I'm leaning towards 4wd solely for that. But, it's more expensive and will increase fuel consumption.
What are your experiences? What do you have, and how is the weather in winter where you are?
