Alright /o/. It's time i start making some money. I'm sick of being a poorfaggot. I'd like to start regularly flipping cars/bikes on craigslist. As in buy/sell within 1 or 2 weeks each. I just have some basic questions i want opinions on. And how i should go about starting this.
Tell me if this sounds bad, i'm not good with money/potential profit-loss at all having practically no experience. Please bear with me...
Basically, my starting plan right now is, i have about $500 in the bank. I have a bike that i've had for a few months, gonna sell it for $700-$800, use $600 to buy a 2 stroke dirtbike that needs a top end, fix it for $200, resell it for $1000-$1200 so i'll end up with somewhere around $1400-$1600.
Where should i go from there? Keep doing >$1k deals or take a bigger risk and spend <$1k on the next one?
also, what is the least % profit you would want to make on any given deal?
Say for example, you bought a 90's civic for $2000. What would be a reasonable price that would be worth the time but would still sell fairly quickly?
and just general tips/advice on how to go about this, especially to get a decent start.
TL;DR- Give me advice on flipping cars/bikes on craigslist.
I know some of you do this shit, i saw a thread just yesterday about craigslist flipping.
