Anyone done a decent chunk of architectural photography with tilt shift lenses? Trying to figure out limits on how far the 24mm can go or if I would have need for the 17. This is purely for rental. Been offered a very straight forward job taking photos of a load of apartment buildings for a management company. A few of them are in the region of 10 stories tall and some of these have fuck all space from which to take the photo. Really just a standard city street. Anyone have any experience on whether the TS-E 24mm could handle something like that? Other problem being that I live in New Zealand, so at this point I cant even find anywhere to rent the 17mm from, so hoping I can get around with the 24mm.

Not sure if this was the place to come to ask but, I have recently started posting some photos on instagram. I have made about 10 posts and am getting about 20 likes on each photo. Problem is I have no followers. Like I'm getting 20 likes at least on all my photos and have no followers. Anyone know why?

Hey guys, I got this lens from ebay, but had to leave the minute after I opened the package. Since then two things have bugged me: the aperture seems to be stepless? And the aperture markings are backwards, 16 is wide open, 2 is closed. Is it normal or did someone fuck around with the lens? Also post your Helios pics I guess.

Hey. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with wording for a wedding photography advert? It's for a local craigslist add, I get quite a few replies, but I forgot what I wrote, and since writing a new add, I've gotten 1-2 replies. I get stuck with what to write etc, being dyslexic doesn't help me either! I've only been /p/ro for 2 years now, I don't want to scare clients away with that. I've only photographed a few weddings, although people say my photos are alright. Especially in comparison to competitors. (Although I had my first "publication" about 3-4 months after becoming pro. I've photographed for some big events and also a few smaller brands. Additional information: I shoot with 5D3 x2 and L glass, I offer prints 'n shit, Free canvas/print/album with bookings yadda yadda, Engagement shoots, Based around "xyz" can travel so and so. Its a MF duo, she has formal knowledge, I am self taught. SUPER FUCKING FAST turnaround times of normally 3-7 days. I drink so much fucking redbull I blitz through the photos. I also consider my price to be about £400-500 for craigslist ad's. I've been told that people would pay up to 1k, but they never visit CL so no point. I'm appealing to the budget people etc. >Pic partially related. A competitor that had a chuckle-worthy picture on show.
