So let's say I started up a YouTube-channel where I reviewed photography gear, mainly lower-end Canon and Nikon gear, but also other stuff like tripods and bags too. What would help me reach out to a big audience, and what would you personally like to see in a channel like this? Thanks in advance for all input

I sent of the camera to San Francisco on Wednesday and it should have arrived yesterday. I had little time to go out and shoot with it, because of midterms and projects due. The FED Thread

Welcome to the silky smooth sexy Fed thread. The FED is a delightful series of communist rangefinder cameras made in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. They are far superior to decadent western capitalist engineering. If you have one, or find them interesting, then post here! I myself own a FED-2 with Industar 22, Jupiter-12, and Jupiter-11 lenses!! (As well as a three-way shoe 'splitter' mount that lets me attach auxillary viewfinder, lightmeter, and a speedlight all at once to the camera's shoe).

A Rule of Thirds = A.R.T. Coincidence? I don't think so. Image with good IQ and following the standards of A.R.T. is what we need to see more of.

Models

I really want to get into doing some pictures of actual people and what not. Preferably girls. But I also don't really want to spend money on this yet because I'm sure I'll suck eggs at it at first. Now, I'm sure I'll eventually be able to find someone willing to let me do a shoot with them but I'm really worried about just straight up not knowing what to do. I've watched a few DRTV things on taking pictures of people and I've been looking at all of the portraits and fashion shots I can find to get ideas but the thing is, most of the models they're shooting are actual models and therefore know poses and how to be photographed well. The women I will likely find will not. So what are some good ways to direct models? I especially have trouble with the face. I mean, I just straight up don't know how to tell someone what to do with their face. It always looks so natural on the models in the pictures I like. It's just like. Face. How do I describe that to someone? [EXIF data available.
