Looking to get into medium format and TLR's seem like the way to go for budget 120 shooting (budget 120 ha). So far the Yashica 124G seems like the best option since I don't have to carry around a light meter like most other MF cameras. Anyone have any other suggestions? [EXIF data available. Hello all, Is there any users of Leica m6 here? (thought also about the Voigtlander Bessa R2A or M) I'm going to sell my dslr and my lenses, and get some money to buy new gear. Have to admit, telemetric system is tempting...Also, I already have a lab, so I don't give a shit about developping myself Thanks!! [EXIF data available. Can anyone here convince an open minded Aperture 3 user to convert to Lightroom 4? What makes it so much better? Want to know if/why it's worth the purchase (yes, purchase).

So me and my girlfriend went to spend some time in a little house by the ocean. This was a little time ago, but I didn't want to look at the pictures until now, because the trip somehow became an emotional rollercoaster. 1/11

Sorry but it's another gearfag thread. I'm finally upgrading after 4 loving years with my LX-5. I want to get a 7D due to videos I've seen produced with it while using magic lantern. I cant afford much though. So I'm looking at just getting a nifty 50 at 1.4. I plan on doing a lot of studio shots and portraits. I'll have another 800 left over for gear. Is it worth even getting a tamron for cheap or should I just wait for better lenses, which my future school has equipment (lens) rentals I've heard. Any lenses you guys can recommend, or essential accessories? I know glass > body. But the 7D with a fifty is all I need at first.

Got this baby plus a 18-70mm used for a steal. It's my first DSLR. What are some good books that I should read DSLR in general and the 3200 specifically?
