So I thought about trying out a ND filter, but goddamn do they seem expensive. B&H is listing a bunch for about $100. This might be a completely ridiculous question, but is there a $10-$20 alternative that works well enough?

to this thread that just disappeared and the poor sap hoping for friendly advice - bottom line, skip bridge cameras, get a DSLR you can change lenses on. for your price range, I recommend a Rebel XS. if you care about video, t2i. fits in your price range, can change lenses down the line. k, feel free to 404 all over again. sorry p is a bunch of assholes, bye.

5d mark ii vs 6d

all the reviews for the 6d are calling it "a full frame for the enthusiast" how can this be? the specs are better than the 5d mk ii and the 5d mk ii is considered a pro camera. if the specs are better then the previous pro camera, how can it be considered amateur? i'm so confused. i'm upgrading from a canon 60d and Canon 500d. I was original going to buy the 5dmkii but now the 6d seems better. WHAT WOULD U GUYS DO AND WHY???

Su/p/ folks. I haven't been watching the market in the past 2 years. What do you think is the best point-and-shoot camera? Thanks!
