Hey guys, I’m not really sure if this is the right board to ask, but do you guys know anything about contracting people to create something for you?
In this case I would like to know if it would be possible to contract somebody to create me a collector’s art box (similar to the type of cardboard box that anime series come in – examples provided on in my pic at the bottom, for all 6 Ace Attorney DS games. The design would be something similar to the example provided, portraying all the characters from the 6 games.
If this would be possible, whereabouts should I go to do it? How much do you guys estimate something like this would cost?
Thanks (Sorry again if this is the wrong board).
Crafting a helmet

How you doing /po/? I recently entered this whole armor crafting hobby, but I desperately need help. I need someone to help me through or simply list all the steps involved in this hobby we all seem to like.
The pic is the helmet I am currently building. What I did is make an oval shaped frame out of cereal boxes and hot glue. It was nothing too specific, just an egg shape. I added more strips to aid in paper mache-ing it, and recently started the paper mache. Do note I am using the newspaper strip, or patch, tactic. All that is going well, but then my real question comes in.
After all the paper mache-ing, what should I do? My plan was to have a clean, smooth egg shape and later, add the separate components made with the pulp paper mache method. How do I achieve the smoothness in the shape? What is the best method to make the other components? Feel free to request more info, as I know this might sound confusing
