Underage Users (Minors) on 4chan: What is your opinion? [ROUND 2]

What is your opinion on minors (people under the age of 18) using 4chan, moot? Of course you are required by federal law to prevent the illegal viewing of adult material by underage users, but what is your PERSONAL opinion on them? Do you condone their using your site? Do you condemn them because of the material on here? What do you consider to be the youngest you'd think a user should be in order to maturely and appropriately interact on this website? Seeing how you created this site at only 15-years old yourself, you're bound to have at least SOME opinion on this issue. Especially considering how minors make up a significant portion of the users on this site, your views regarding their presence is important. Of course you can't allow for them to knowingly use this site, nor can you change your rules regarding age limits, but your opinion despite this restrictions is valuable nevertheless.
>TL;DR: What is your opinion on underage users on 4chan, moot?
For everyone else, what are your opinions? Of course very young children shouldn't be allowed and immature kids, such as 12-year old kids and the like, shouldn't use this site. What of adolescents, though? Are users aged 14-17 really such an issue? Or is there just a misconception around that part of the userbase and they're targeted simply due to their age (ageism)? What is your opinion? Many of you have undoubtedly used 4chan before you were 18 and some of you still may, so try to consider the effects your opinions would have on those who are currently in the position you were in. For those of you who did/do use 4chan before you're 18, did/does your usage of this site help or hinder you more? Did it help you develop your views and beliefs, or did it traumatize you? Remember that this is an anonymous board, so there's no need to reveal your age, especially if you're underage.
Political incorrectness is banned on /sci/

I get banned from /sci/ regularly for posting politically incorrect scientific facts.
For instance, if i were to post data about how the IQ of Negroes (Negro is a scientific term) is on average lower than that of whites, the Mod would claim this is racism and ban me. Even though all the evidence is based on scientific study and fact, the Mod of /sci/ feels the need to enforce political correctness, no matter how scientific the data in my post is.
And before you say that i should rather post it on /pol/, let me remind you that if it contains SCIENTIFIC data, it should be allowed on /sci/, even if it's politically incorrect.
Eastern 'Kemono' Porn on /d/

First off I apologize for using that sort of term. It's kind of silly, but I don't think it's got an auto-saging part to it, so it's what we're going with for the thread.
"Kemono" porn, (that's never gonna sound right) has been withheld from /d/ for a number of reasons. Drama, legal matters, community being creepy etc. But I think some eastern artists should be given an exception.
For starters, we post a lot of their stuff already. Whole series are made in threads and translated and shared, and we haven't had any legal response that I know of. And artists in Japan that make this 'kemono' porn would probably act the same way they've always acted, not care that a market they don't sell to anyway has a couple copies. Just keep a rule against western art.
And most eastern kemono art has stayed within the confines of /d/'s material: futa, breast expansion, pregnancy, etc. The only real change is who's fucking.
Drama? Well, maybe, but that certainly could be eased into over time. We had drama when Dmitrys was still against the rules, and since we've accommodated people have adjusted well. And most drama around this has died down as opposed to 2006 levels, just make sure people understand it's a porn board first and discussion second.
Finally, and this is just a personal observation, whenever it has gotten posted, most people on /d/ are generally fine with it, even when it's against the rules. There is vocal opposition, but it's mostly drowned out with people who like the porn. There is the option of a new board for it, but that probably would cost more time and money than just letting /d/ post the stuff.
What do you think?

so seeing as the few threads on here talking about how they hate the new inline extension, or how it doesn't work on their browser, or how it has totally screwed X up,
i decided to make a thread to talk about suggestions for improvement. Because, you know, the news post moot wrote asks the development community (and by that i'm guessing the community as a whole as well) to give them suggestions and feedback.
so post SUGGESTIONS. to suggest stuff that should be done/fixed, and leave the feedback that is filled with I HATE IT THAT (X) DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE BOO HOO HOO CHANGE IT BACK etc etc.to their respective feedback threads.

So now that we have an inline extension that I'm still not going to switch from 4chan X to, are you going to fix "4chan.org/frames"?
It's a complete eyesore on work-safe boards, with not even an option to change its color.
Not to mention it's still wider than it needs to be, the logo at the top is entirely pointless, and why is it on the left with all the threads anyway?
If it's on the right it's still just as accessible without being shoved in your face directly beside to where the threads and imgs are.
On top of that the extra scrolling bar is extremely annoying, which could easily be fixed by, say, removing the useless logo at the top. Or even just making the distance between the dividers smaller as well as the absurd amount of space the actual "Boards [+]" take up.
So is it ever going to get a rework? I WANT to use it, it's just too annoying right now.
