The Australian problem.

Dear Moot and 4chan Admins.
I live in Australia and thus often on 4chan, when I see an Australian related thread, I'm drawn to it to see what people are talking about and every time, it's just off topic shit posting which spreads to the rest of the board which gets swamped with unfunny bullshit.
From about 5-12 (Eastern Australia time) 4chan's quality of posts go downhill and shitposting goes through the roof, something has to be done with it and I am willing to sacrifice myself to make 4chan a better place, I honestly think that Australian IP's should be banned from 4chan or at least from the period of 5-12 EST Australia.
That or just outright deletion of Australian related threads and posts. Surely if every Australian shit post gets deleted, Australians will stop shit posting right?
Any suggestions to combat the Australian shit posting are welcome.
LOLITA THREATS ON /B/

Why are loli threads tolerated on /b/? This is illegal all over Europe and the US.
Even if you take the view that nobody is effectively being directly harmed like actual CP, it's still very morally depraved, and you could easily argue impressionable /b/tards (who let's face it tend to be young) will have a seed planted in their mind, and some will seek out actual, real CP.
What are your thoughts, moot?
Wrestling threads on /asp/

Why are constant wrestling threads being allowed to flourish on /asp/?
For one, wrestling isn't even a sport, it's a reality show.
Second, even if you're eight and still think it's an actual sport, it does not qualify as an alternative sport under the guidelines set by the /asp/ sticky.
/asp/ can be a great board, if we get rid of all this wrestling shit posting.
Waifu threads on /v/

Why does nothing happens when I report these type of threads like
These threads are up 24/7 on /v/ and barely have anything to do with video games. And as moot recently said, waifus threads are not vidya. And to quote rule #6:
"Generals" - long-term, recurring threads about a specific game - should be posted in /vg/. This is not to say threads about specific games cannot be created on /v/, just that long-term, recurring threads belong in /vg/.
Look at the damn comments on my pic, it shows how often those threads pop up and people shitpost with "first x" and porn pics. Please mods, do something for fuck's sake. And yes I am aware Moot has no opinion on LPs, but this is not an LPs, it's just disguising as one with shitposting full front.
Does this image violate any rules, or is someone just a little trigger-happy?

Would someone please tell me which rules this image breaks, board-specific or otherwise? One
(or more) of /mu/'s janitors deletes any thread beginning with this image on sight and files
ban requests against whomever posts it, but as far as I can tell it is unambiguously
music-related, safe for work, not spammed (there has never been more than one thread running
concurrently, and discussion on non-deleted threads routinely reaches bump limit or
farther)... I don't get it.
I'd just like someone to explain to me whether/why this image is forbidden so I don't get
banned again for griping about this janitor. This is not a complaint, just an earnest question
