What exactly is a Psychopath

I am aware that this question is usually asked much, but what exactly is a Psycopath. What key differences do they have between average humans, hence why I am not using Google. I want to observe the different opinions on what it actually is.

If you were a programmer and had to choose between these two books, which one would you pick, and why?: The first one is about AI, particularly the subfield of reinforcement learning. The second one is about applied cryptography.

When mathematicians say "infinitely many" instead of "infinity" they just sound like pseudo-intellectual retards. So why do it? Pic unrelated, I know it's dividing by 0. I don't have a related pic.

When will quantum computing became a general thing? Basically, when will quantum computers become readily available for consumers and companies around the world?

C++ I'm trying to read a file with dates and values separated by whitespace but I only care about the values. The dates are written like 4/21/2016 so I don't know what data type to use for that. Is there any way to just skip over the dates and use the values I want?

Gas pipeline obstruction.

19 more posts in this thread. [Missing image file: ]
Please help with a gas pipeline problem we are having at my company. There is something stuck in a pipeline but the operators have no clue where. My question is, can I determine where the obstruction is in the system by recording the rise in pressure over time from a fixed measurement point upstream of the block? We can monitor static pressure, differential pressure, flow rate in mcf/d, temp and total volume sent past the sales meter. Ideally I would like to bring an equation to my masters to get a few crumbs from the table. Thanks.

Is my dentist lying to me when they say the only way to fix my cavities is to empty my wallet so they can drill holes in them and put in fillings? I've read about various methods to cure cavities through vitamin supplements, diet, and special remineralizing toothpaste, but I'm hesitant to go out and buy the stuff as it generally feels like a scam. I'd like to hear from anyone who has some experience with this kind of thing, am I dodging one scam by walking into another? Should I bite the bullet and get the fillings? Is there actually some way to heal my teeth without the expensive surgery? http://www.naturalmedicinebox.net/photographic-proof-that-cavities-can-heal-on-their-own/ http://www.naturalmedicinebox.net/be-your-own-dentist-heal-cavities-gum-disease-and-whiten-teeth-with-this-natural-homemade-toothpaste/

I've been thinking about steam turbines. Obviously we use water because it's so common, but what about using alcohol or even liquid nitrogen? Something with a very low boiling point. Would that be useful for space applications? I'm trying to think of a solution to the heat dissipation problems in space. A liquid nitrogen turbine is interesting to think about. I've got no idea if you could condense enough of it for recycling to make it worthwhile at all.
