Hey /sci/ I am stumped on this problem. Gaseous ammonia reacts with oxygen gas to produce gaseous nitrogen monoxide and liquid water. If 750 grams of ammonia and 750 grams of oxygen gas were mixed, what maximum mass of nitrogen monoxide could be produced?

Look up "limiting reactant," whether online or in the index of a book. They're sure to have a simple algorithm there for you. But yeah, no homework.

Sorry I didn't know you couldn't do that here. Won't happen again. Thanks for the point in the right direction though it helped.
