/180/: LAKESIDE WORLD PROFESSIONAL DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP DAY 6

Yesterdays matches were pretty straight forward, with only Wesley Harms choking himself to a deciding set by not bringing his A-game. Durrant and Smith easily won their matches 4-1 with great performances and 90+ averages. Harbour also played a good match, with a 4-1 win as well, averaging a bit lower. Crybaby Hughes though. He won after whining about the board not hanging straight again, but that's only because his opponent Razma decided not to show up anymore after the break.
Three different things on schedule today: the last second round matches of the men, all the second round matches of the women and the BDO World Youth Championship final between Irishman Jordan Boyce and Englishman Josh Richardson.
Jordan told in a recent interview that he hopes to take the title home. He also told he will be supported by 17 familymembers and friends. Yes, exactly 17. He also hopes to be at the big stage of the PDC in a while. Josh Told about the same thing in his interview, with the exception of how many friends and familymembers are supporting him. Let's just hope the match isn't at the same level as the interviews. Seriously.
Next we have the women second round matches. On paper we have some amazing matches, with reigning champion and world no. 1 Lisa Ashton versus 9 time world champ Trina Gulliver. The other big match on paper is no. 3 seed Deta Hedman playing no. 6 seed Lorraine Winstanley. If we look at first round averages though, Ashton (avg. 84) should destroy Gulliver (avg. 69) and Winstanley (avg. 84) shouldn't have it too hard against Hedman (avg. 74). But who knows, maybe something spectacular will happen. Probably not though.
In the all Dutch fixture, Aileen de Graaf will be facing Anca Zijlstra. Aileen showed no mercy to our lovely licking lady Gallagher, while Anca defeated local hotty Anastasia Dobromyslova. Again, looking at the averages in the first round, de Graaf should have a walk-over.
