Cyberpunk Motorcycle Courier Quest #2

You are a motorcycle courier, and you live in a strange time. Technology has outrun itself. Data transmission is too advanced to be secure. It's anybody's guess how data is routed through the sprawling system, or how much of it any hub saves. Speeding messengers with bags on their backs are the best option in an age where digital information's only security is obscurity. You are the cutting edge, in a world where that means taking approaches that would have been barbarically impractical fifty years ago.
Last night, you outraced a motorcycle cop, delivered a stack of hard drives to a scientist holed up in a suspiciously secure building, and flirted with a security guard. Ryan, you think his name was. You've got his phone number somewhere. Now you're laying in bed, your phone blaring beside your head.
It's probably another job.
>Take the call in your spartan efficiency apartment
>Take the call in your tastefully-decorated, yet frugal, efficiency apartment
>Take the call in the middle of the explosion of papers, motorcycles parts, and other clutter accumulated around your bed
>Take the call burrowed into a nest of stuffed animals
>Don't bother taking the call.

So a talk recently came up with my GM about me apparently being seen as "no fun allowed" guy in my group. Largely because I play good characters who have issues with shit like innocents dying and robbing the poor and what have you. I play boyscouts, basically, and I'll admit it.
Now the party tends to rang from neutral to good, with occasional evil dabblings. So it's not really come up in case of in game, but out of game it's come up and I've apparently been labelled "That Guy".
I don't know what to do, /tg/. Has this come up before? What are the solutions that you've all found?

Chapter VI: The Good, The Bad, The Kubo
You are Sosuke Aizen. And right now you are practicing your sword fightan skills with a Vasto Lorde. If only your grandfather could see you now. "Sosuke, I will not go easy on you. I want to let you know that many people have sacrificed much to get just a fraction of my skill." She says stepping across from you.
Your zanpakto seems pissed at you, but for some reason also seems like it wants to communicate, which is very unusual. Especially since the last fight wasn't terrible. Then there is what you want to do after this sparring. Which could be quite a few many things. Like picking up some new furniture or figuring out whatever the hell Aintza keeps hinting at. Either way, today seems like it will be an exciting day.
You have 5xp to save or blow

You are Reinhold, master swordsman and victor of the Royal Swordsmanship Tournament. The King was so impressed with your skill, he personally requested that you be transferred out of the army and into the Royal Guard! Not bad for an orphan who was raised in a brothel in a poor fishing village.
The only issue at this point is your assignment... you've been charged to be the personal guard of the King's only daughter Marianne. While she is the vision of loveliness that you'd expect from a Princess, her personality is... well... she seems to have some issues.
You've managed to convince all of your friends to go on that outing to Lake Vincent whenever it is that you'll be going there, learned that your grandmother will be visiting sometime soon, and to top it all off, you've maybe managed to move things along with Karel.
Yesterday was a pretty good day as far as you're concerned, here's hoping that today will be as good.
>Congratulations, Reinhold is now a fearsome DIRE WOLF!
>Much larger than their the other types of wolf, the Dire Wolf's size also means that they are also that much more dangerous.
>The Princess considers you to be her dear friend!
>But while dire wolves are massive, they still don't -quite- stand on the same level as people.

Looks like our last Type V Dungeons & Dragons general discussion thread is autosaging.
Little folk and melee. We don't have small weapons any more, which is a relief, but disadvantage on attacks with "heavy" weapons is pretty rough. Downgrading from a Greatsword to a Longsword brings average damage down from 7 to 5.5 and the full swing from 2-12 to 1-10. Just plain worse. But they're still solid for sword & board and TWF purposes, right?
The only reach weapons that I see as terribly useful for a Halfling or Gnome would be the Lance and Whip. One does nice damage but sucks against close opponents. The other does lousy damage.
It seems to me the best melee options for a Halfling or Gnome are the traditional Rogue route, a greatweapon Vengeance Paladin (with a Longsword in two hands) or a Sword & Board Barbarian, Fighter, or Paladin.
