STAR WARS d100

Okay, so, stop me if this already exists (and is any good).
Been playing that Old Republic MMO. Been having a little fun. It got me thinking about Star Wars RPGs, that I know of. One's 3e style d20, so it's out by default. The d6 version everyone loves is good, but it really only fits the bill for old/classic/traditional/fundamentalist Star Wars. Nothing wrong with that, but it's some what limited; and the mechanics are a shade lose in some regards. The only other things I know of are some Savage Worlds ports.
That said, would there be any interest in a Star Wars game using the Fantasy Flight/Dark Heresy system?
I'm already working on 1.75 projects (one with gusto, two passively) right now, and exams won't be over until the far side of next week; but I think a FF/DH Star Wars system could be really neat.
I could spell out things for all the iconic Races, have a few catch all Careers, and maybe even a few Background variations on top (like in the usual FF/DH affairs).
Then I could just stat out a LOT of different items, and let the GM decided what is/isn't appropriate based on the Tech Level and intended Era of Star Wars.
Anybody thing this is a good idea?
Just tossing it around.

Official Flames of War Free Briefings:
Another FoW scans database (needs a 4shared account, but whipping up a disposable one doesn't take long at all):
Mostly has the same scans as in the other database, but has one or two things the main one doesn't (Tropic Lightning, and the 3rd ed forces book. Also a better scan of Devil's Charge).

ITT: the dumbest shit you've ever seen in your FLGS
For mine, it's the FNM fistfight.
> two of the competitors are good friends who are always goofing off
> while one isn't looking, the other tampers with his deck before second round
> mid-game, draws a card at start of turn
> eight of clubs
> grognard across from him loses his shit when the guy facepalms and tells him, says they are disrespecting the tournament, slams his hands down on the guys cards
> guy shoves him from across the table
> full-blown fistfight, in which a table is broken
> both are banned for two months
How about you guys?

[Sup, TankGuys and TankGals. I'll be swamped with horrible shifts at work so I'll be doing this oneshot SkirmishQuest. The premise ? Panzerfahren: IH Style ]
The year is 700,
The nations of Tera have enjoyed a time of peace that some would call a thinly veiled ceasefire. With each nation progressing forward in this changing world, the courage to excel becomes the focus of national trends.
So what better way to go back to their competitive roots as martial forefathers than to witness the shadow of their great wars through;
USING THE STEEL LEGS OF RAGNYLL TANKS,
FEELING THE RUMBLE OF VOSSKON ENGINES
BEING NESTLED SAFELY IN IBONTIUM THRONES OF WALKING MACHINEMEN
ONE CANNOT HELP BUT BE HUMBLED BY WHAT THE GENERATIONS BEFORE US HAVE GIVEN !
AND YET WE MUST ROLL FORTH WITH PRIDE FOR OUR FOREFATHER'S WARMACHINES. FOR SOON THIS COMPETITION MAY JUST BE A SPORT NO LONGER BUT A WAR, A BATTLE FOUGHT FOR THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO SIT ON THE BLEACHERS !
AN INVASION OF ROLLING STEEL !
Ahh... that felt wunderful.
Alright, let's begin with the meeting.
As you know our school, Isara Millitia academy, is one of the many institutes to practice PanzerKunst competitively and indeed the revenue that comes from such events are lucrative enough to support whole towns [and pay for the damages]. Which is why this school continues its tradition of the Martial Armor Fighting art well into more junior grades as yours. Which reminds me, I would have to get your names, care to introduce yourselves ? Likes ? Dislikes ? And Medical conditions I need to be aware of ....?
A name tag will be sufficient, after vvich we can start assigning armors.
> You are a millitary academy student that has either hailed from Ragnyll, a humble nation in the Valknyres that has weathered the fires of war, or you were from its millitant and disciplined neighbor Voss, [who likely started those wars]

Well, my DnD group just ended.
Wounds: A cut in my cheek and a broken nose that just got reset.
So basically I got this DnD campaign running. It's basically the idea that a new world was discovered and people are starting to settle it, and you're a band of mercs that need to clear out dungeons and shit so the land is safe. Basically the Witcher.
Anyway, there's four of us. Bro, CreepyRapist, Quiet Asian Girl, and me. The fat one. Anyway, Bro starts seeing this loudmouth hick. I mean 0/10 in looks. Her facebook she's wearing a pink hair wig with a pikachu fursuit.
Anyway, this girl is actually the most disgusting human being you've ever seen. My first impression of her was spilling a can of coke on my carpet, going "oh shit anon, I got it" and then returning from the kitchen with a new fucking can of coke. Not shitting you. So pissed about that.
Anyway, most of us picked humans. Boring, maybe. Elves are somewhat scarces on this continent, being basically Natives but not shitty. They've been hunted to near extinction by an 'evil' merc company and all that cliched ass shit.
Anyway, she wants to be an evil. Not only that, she fucking demands to be a mary sue. She wants some kind of retarded epic bloodline power or something.

The Chaos Gods smile upon you. Whom do you serve? Choosing one alignment gives you both perks as a reward for your faith.
>If you offer up a human sacrifice to The Blood God, you have the power to select one person. This person feels the wrath of Khorne and dies the most horrible, bloody death imaginable. No one knows you are responsible for this person's death.
>You are given the strength to defeat your most potent adversary. This could be in a fight, in a competition, etc. Glory is given to you in victory.
>You receive Nurgle's blessing. You are stricken with overwhelming cases of herpes, tuberculosis, and leprosy. You cannot feel any pain from these diseases, but they are quite contagious and incurable. You cannot age to death or die of disease.
>You have the power to give any one person any non-lethal disease you so desire. This disease is incurable, and unlike you, the victim feels every bit of pain from this disease.
