“... you are covered in spiders,” you say dully. Hate shrugs as he shovels down breakfast. “Yuh, so?” “You... are covered... in spiders,” you repeat again. “Yeah. I'm walking down the sidewalk, right, and Jintsuu comes walking up to me with this big smile on her face. And she's got a bucket. And she raises it, and dumps it on my head, and instead of water, what comes out is-” “Spiders.” “Thousands of 'em!” Hate confirms, and digs in with another forkful. “And... this doesn't bother you.” “Why would it?” Hate asks. “It's fucking great. People see you coming, they just clear out. One female ensign damn near jumped into traffic when I passed her.” He chuckles and continues eating. “That's it?” “Yup,” Hate confirms. “Jintsuu threw spiders on me. She looked a little disappointed when I didn't scream, though.” “Uh huh,” you say, sitting down to finish your own breakfast. Willie regains her feet, but clings to your free arm as you eat slowly - it's a lot less awkward with most of the shipgirls crowding the exits. “You see the shit those guys at the door are packing?” Hate asks. “Full plate carriers and carbines, yeah.” “Dude. They're chambered for .50 Beowulf.” “Wow,” you say flatly. “That sounds awesome.” “You're a philistine motherfucker, you know that?” “Wow,” you repeat. “Philistine. That's a big word for a Marine.” “Supercalifragalisticexpialofuckyou,” Hate retorts smoothy between gulps of coffee.

>This is a quest taking place in an alternate version of the Naruto world during the same time period as the story, with a few notable differences. You will be playing as Kon Karagowa, a young Leaf Jonin. Your character is defined by your choices, so write-ins are always encouraged. And remember to have fun! >Quest Info:http://pastebin.com/UMTDdewL >Previous threads:http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?tags=Leaf%20Ninja%20Quest

Playing with tiny babbeh toy men is dumb. Rolling tiny babbeh dice is dumb. If want to kill many men, rolling dice to see if you can kill them is dumb. You should just kill men instead with big gun and crush tiny babbeh toys that oppose you. Pass Mountain Dew.

How do you populate the ecosystem of your setting, /tg/? Most fantasy settings have at least a handful of fantasy creatures in them, but many of those are predators, or at least big territorial herbivores-- things the PCs could interact with easily through battle. But what about the lower levels of the food chain? What might the party hunt and trap for dinner in the woods? What do the local farmers raise for food? Where do they get their milk, eggs, or equivalent animal byproducts? Do you prefer settings where most of the ecosystem has fairly mundane animals like rabbits and deers and wolves alongside beasts like manticores and unicorns, or do you like settings where most animals have had their niches filled with new critters? If you do have mundane animals, are they given a fantasy treatment? Certain traits or abilities, unusual appearances or coloration? I've been thinking too much about fantasy ecology help

Horus Heresy General: Terminator edition

>Horus Heresy General led me to this image, I dont know if there are resources to copypasta here. So with the new box set my 40k group will finally be stepping into the world of Horus Heresy and splitting a bunch of them at release. I'm trying to get a feel for the game and the legions and am trying to decide what direction to go. I really enjoy the Cataphracti and am generally a terminatorfag when it comes to 40k. I've played Wolfwing, Deathwing, ChaosTerminator armies and even Wraithguard lists (which are close enough in my book) over my years in that game and I wanted to try a terminator heavy army. So which legion has the deathwing equivalent that sucks the least. Terminator armies are usually not bonkers broken so I'm looking for the best way to play a heavy terminator force. The two biggest suggestions are Iron Hands and Iron Warriors for the -1Str or the Tyrant Terminators but I an interested in all possibilities. Besides that, Heresy General

his is a thread created for the discussion of Quest threads, as well as sharing of advice and guidance for aspiring or current QM's. Useful links: http://pastebin.com/x6BqaJ7r (embed) This link contains numerous writing guides, general advice, and various quest tools and communities. https://twitter.com/Eisenstern/lists/quest-runner-directory This is a directory containing the tweets of most current QM's. While a twitter is by no means mandatory, it is a useful tool for both you and your players. If you are a QM, simply post your Twitter here to have it added to the directory. Spamming your quest twitter with non-quest related tweets may result in its removal from the directory. Repository of stupid pitches: https://factor.cc/pad/p/r.KEob5HNWCqLGmpUY. Why does D&D have the worst fanbase in all tabletop games? This includes Pathfinder, it's just D&D with a thin coat of paint, along with all the retroclones and totally-not-D&D fantasy heartbreakers. They all seem to attract the same sort of That Guy.

What's your favorite game, tips tricks, stories, favorite brand, whatever. /tg/ is for traditional games and what's more traditional than a good old 52 card deck My usual game is gin, rummy, hearts, but I moved to a new place and all these faggots want to play is spades. Straight up I have the basic idea of what I'm doing but I don't quite have the hang of it. Any protips from y'all? Pic related, best playing cards
