/co/ suggested I ask you for advice on my new first paying job at the comic shop, since they also sell magic cards, tabletop gaming supplies etc. This is really cool for me, since I've been lurking /co/ for years and am also just getting into Magic, D&D, misc nerdcore gaming.
Is there stuff you like to see in a staffer? Stuff you hate? What about with lady staff specifically?

Hey guys, just thought I'd boot up Chapter Master again, feelin' nostalgic, and god-damn am I in trouble on my latest run-through.
>Went for Salamander offshoot chapter, chose moon of a gas giant as operational base
>Things go well for the first couple hundred years; help out against some Ork Raids.
>Suddenly, Chaos on nearby forgeworld
>Go to help out- get ambushed in orbit
>Half of fleet crippled, first company stranded, 3rd, 7th and 9th destroyed.
>2nd and 5th make it down to the planet, 4th goes ship-to ship (the rest I'd foolishly left behind to train up newbies and to guard against Ork Pirates
>Things going to shit on the ground, everything getting ground up on both sides.
>Eldar then turn up- start helping me out, which was great until-
>Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, part of the fleet sent to help me dispatch the Corsairs overhead, starts calling for their blood.
>Decide not to piss off inquisition; wait until Chaos are done with, then turn on our allies and wipe them out
>'You have made a grave mistake this day, mon-keigh.'
>Fast Forward a thousand years and now, an Agri world supplying us goes silent.
>One by one, all of our supply-planets that keep the chapter armed and functional are being wiped out or even removed from orbit in some cases before we can even get there to assist.
I'm pretty sure it's those chucklefucks, but I'm playing on Hard and have shit-all experience against the Eldar. You bros got any advice on what to do? Call a favour from that Ordo Xenos guy, maybe?
