Is there anything you can do to make a bad eBay seller loose money or create some difficulties he'd have to deal with?
Blog time: I bought a used figure from an eBay store. The figure had two left feet (it was mentioned in the listing) and was dirty as fuck but I was okay with that since I wanted it for custom purpose. A week later, I got the figure and proceeded to wash it several times until all the dirt comes off. Once it was clean, I noticed lots of area where scratched as fuck (it didn't happen when washing, I used a soft sponge and even tried to wash it once more after that to make sure I wasn't the one scratching it). I messaged the seller explaining the situation and he asked me to return the figure in exchange for a refund which I did after opening a Paypal claim and waiting for them to ask me the same thing. The seller got the figure and told Paypal I returned a different one, Paypal sided with him. I tried to call Paypal and from what I got, they won't help me further. So the seller actually has the money AND the figure and I can't do anything about it.
I won't get the figure or the money back, I got it but I don't wan't that fucker to "win" so easily. I want him to loose money, to get banned or anything that'll fuck up his business at least a little bit. Any idea?

For those of you just joining us, please read this guide. Please read it before asking questions as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

NECA 24 inch Godzilla with sound

I'm at a loss here. I bought this and upon installing the tail, the sound chip snapped in half. I put a hair dryer to it too, as the included instructions suggested. It's an awesome figure (love the tail articulation), but roar sound effect was half the reason why I bought it in the first place. After submitting two defective product forms to NECA with no response, I submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We'll see if that gets their attention.
Anyone have any experience in dealing with NECA for replacements or exchange? It says in big, bold lettering on their support page that they're not set up for customer service, which I frankly think is bullshit.
