Hey /trv/ I want to get away from my life in the boring inland north. I want to go down to find a small relaxed beach town in Florida without being in too rural of a location. Any cheap location ideas?

My parents never took me on vacation. Why would they do this to me? I've never even been to a hotel before and I'm 23. They could have at least taken me somewhere cheap or a small beach town or something. Now I am severely fucked up for life.

A Quick Visa Explanation?

Hey y'all, I just noticed this in the visa. Is this a mistake or what? What does "R" stand for and what does "01" stand for? Visa Type: R Class: 01. Wikipedia is useless...it said R is for religious, wtf? So nervous. Will I get in trouble if my visa wrongly stamped?

Hey, so I've moved to germany 3 weeks ago and I haven't found any decent clothes shop yet. The ones I went to were either too cheap (shitty quality) or too expensive (bad bang for budget) So, GerFags, what is a good shop for clothes?

/trv/ my friend and I are thinking of leaving everything behind (I'm in a relationship, have a house, and work in New York) and traveling Europe. We would walk and hike as much as we could, and take buses to get some decent sleep. We want to map it out, but wanted to get some information on what places we should choose? What things are a must in all of Europe? Is it worth going further into the East? I've been to the area for a while, and understand some of the culture. We plan on taking 2-3 GoPros and a few different Drones with us. I think we could start this next year in Feb (so its not AS cold for the time we are doing this). We also plan on stopping and working at our friends companies that are scattered across Europe. pic related, we want to go to places like that.

Travel Porn thread. We have a lot of threads with pics of where we have been -- here's one for places wild, crazy, over the top, maybe you've been there, maybe not. Could be amazing resorts, or ultimate Real Traveler destinations and experiences, whatever floats your boat. The Ultimate of it's kind, or up there close to ultimate anyway. Sun Cruise Resort in South Korea, just for sheer WTFness...

Scotland to Norway

How hard is it as a British citizen to move to Norway? Let's assume I know Norwegian at a good level too, (though I'm not fluent, but I understand and can communicate most stuff and I'm actively learning) I have friends in Norway and know all about the culture, etc and know what I'm getting into there. But I find it confusing from a legal perspective, I don't get any of this EU or Schengen area freedom of movement rubbish. Is it legally difficult for me? I've looked a bit on the internet and apparently I don't need a visa to enter Norway, but need to register once there and get a residence permit in order to get my personnummer, then I have 6 months to get a job. Is any of this correct? Is getting the residence permit difficult? Let me also be clear, that I have no skills that would be considered 'valuable'. I'm an artfag musician, painter, and do some theatre and such on the side, and I'm content to work with whatever horrible jobs I can get to fund my interest in this crap. But it looks like this is less of an issue because I'm a UK citizen, or does this not really make it any easier for me to move compared to if I was a Murican and do I need a valuable skill to get a residence permit? Any good advice appreciated. I'm sort of pissed right now and so apologise for any mistakes writing this, I can provide any extra info needed. And while I'm attracting the attention of nordmenn, how's Rana? I could ask my friends and have but I'd like to hear from unbiased 4channers too. Probably going to be going to Mo i Rana, perhaps a village outside of it, is it a nice wee place with few tourists and such or what?

Strolling Nagorno-Karabakh

My fiance left me for a manchild after seven years together, work laid me off and gave me six months severance, I have 50,000 aeroplan miles and a no interest in fucking SE Asia. I speak three words of Russian and less Armenian. I'm taking a 22L klettersack, trusty boots, and my sense of adventure and hiking 120km through a country that doesn't exist: Nagorno-Karabakh. I understand that my killer pantomimes and high alcohol tolerance will find me a house to sleep in every night. The remaining minefields are mostly well-marked, these days. Afterwards I'll rent a motorcycle and explore Amenia proper for another week and a half, before heading to Georgia for a time and then Turkey to explore Ani and Trezbond. Leaving in three weeks, back in early August with a wild story for you all.

I love flying, the taking off and landing is the best part and I was wondering about your experiences flying. What's your favourite airline to travel on? Do you have a preferred airline you stick with or do you have no loyalty at all? Share your airline experiences https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXlmF3eI9R0
