I've been rewatching the Harry Potter films in the last few days, only done with the first three so far, but I can't help but notice how little classes they have shown in the films. It's a real shame, I think, as it would help immerse the audience in the magical world.
I realize these are films and that they'd have to extend their durations by several hours at least, to fit everything in properly, but couldn't they, perhaps in a few years, reboot the series, but this time as an actual series, where it would be 1 book = 1 season, and every episode could last perhaps 90 minutes or so, to neatly put in everything that could make it look better.
Would the costs be too much? I honestly have no idea how the financial part of this would work, and whether it would pay off for the people that are spending the money to make it.
