Are we entering the new Golden Age of Disney?
Everyone knows about the Disney "Renaissance" which took place from 1989-1999. Beginning with The Little Mermaid and Ending with Tarzan.
From that point on, Disney itself has been overwhelmingly mediocre in its movies, relying instead on Pixar to pump out decent films for it.
However, with both Tangled and Frozen being both critical and box-office successes. With beautiful animation and some absolutely incredible music (Let It Go, I See The Light, etc.) is it possible that this could be a new age of quality Disney films, and that they could be gaining the animation monopoly that they used to have?
Obviously it's a little early to tell, I just wanted to see what you guys thought
