Is it statistically realistic to get a legendary Pokemon with the best IVs?
It seems nearly impossible because I would imagine you need to battle it, bring it's health down, catch it, and run to the guy who determines IVs each time until you finally got the best response. On top of that, if you were planning to use the legendary Pokemon for competitive battles, you would want it to have the best ability and nature.
I don't fully understand things like abilities, natures, IVs, or EVs but I really want to get a god tier legendary.
Green beta cartridge?

Okay guys, recently I picked up a Pokemon Green cartridge for my GameBoy, and it has something strange about it.
A.) It's in english, bad english for that matter but still.
B.) instead of a Pokemon fainting, it dies.
C.) Instead of a PokeDex, you have a book you must fill in.
I'm not sure why, but I have a feeling this is a Beta Cartridge.
Any ideas, /vp/?
