On September 3, 2015, Youtuber Alana G., aka Paranormalana suddenly disappeared off Youtube, and any social media related to the channel. Alana just started making her videos a little over a year ago, having personal vlogs on a different channel before that. Alana's channel, Paranormalana, was dedicated to reading various types of scary stories, with Alana herself reading them. She had various series, such as "True Scary Stories", where she read about odd things happening in the world (i.e, Elisa Lam), or "Scary Games You Can Try Yourself" (i.e, Midnight Game), and a very recent new series, "Vampires Over History" (self explanatory). Even though she has been in youtube for more than a year, she just hit a 50,000+ subscriber milestone. Alana was just starting to get known by many people, and a couple of months ago, even starred in a podcast relating to the paranormal. Alana never really seemed to have a problem with her subscribers/fans, or as Alana calls them, her "Paranormal Family". She always tried to respond to them in the comment section, and always thanked people for giving her potential suggestions for future videos. Nothing really seemed strange about her recent uploads. In fact, she still uploaded various videos in August, and Alana was still as humble as ever to her fans.

>ITT we talk about real life paranormal "games"
>Three kings, black telephone,elevator game,hide and seek alone,midnight man,...
>ITT we talk about our experiences with them and try to find more about them
I personally tried the elevator game years ago. It failed but things happened Let me explain what i recall. (feels so blurry and weird even now) but here goes:
>felt really uneasy. wanted to chicken out
>before reaching the part with the fifth floor i felt something super cold going under my skirt on my thigh >then numbing all my body >i passed out(?).
>wake up in bedroom,in the bed,all pitch black outside
(it was night so not so surprising except that we normally have streetlights. Maybe they were off? But there was so stars or moon i can recall. Just black?..)
>in the family appartment, still lived with parents at the time.
>odd thing was, the time seemed to have barely moved
>no one noticed my absence or anything.
>only got a "don't worry about this, anon" from step mother when i tried to talk about what happened >feeling confused af obviously.
>tried to talk about her about that weird answer the day after when everything came back to normal
>"lol anon what are you talking about? you should sleep more"
>whole time after i "woke up" after "blacking out" was so goddamn weird.
>even if i WAS in my appartment with family (all safe) some things and the entiere mood seemed really off..
>i was just not feeling comfortable.
I cannot remember anything else so,sorry.

Have you ever met anybody so unusual or out of place that you can't help wonder if they're normal?
A few weeks ago something happened to me that's changed my life.. I was on a deserted bus coming home from work at around 2am when a couple got on the bus.
As this couple got on, the first thing I noticed was the woman. She was probably mid-twenties, 5"10, wearing a navy-blue suit, and was absolutely beautiful. Not beautiful as in sexually stunning, just absolutely perfectly formed. Skin 10/10. Kind of a young blonde Natalie Portman. She was a masterpiece.
The man looked equally beautiful (I'm not gay). He was probably 6.2, mid twenties, but had the look/skin of a teenager. Again, blonde, his face was perfect. Eyes, lips, nose, I can't explain it. They both looked too perfect. And they both acted very mature for their apparent ages.
So, they walk along the aisle and sit directly in front of me, facing the front of the bus. I remember looking down at my phone as they sat, it was 2:03am. I then looked up at the back of this womans' head as she sat bolt-upright and noticed how blonde her hair was. It was almost albino blond. Immaculately brushed.
That's when I noticed the smell. There was a plasticy chemical smell filling up the bus. At first I thought it was oil or brake fluid, but it was more plasticy. Sickly.
It then got very weird..
Illusions of Agency 2.0

So what can you use the illusion of agency for aside from ticking something into thinking it has potent magical powers that were just laying dormant until a sudden fateful event?
The basic concept of the illusion of agency is that you do something under the guise of some other entity. They think they are responsible because they're a novice in that type of agency, so they start to believe they are responsible when really the power belong to yourself. It's less them being tricked than it is you tricking everyone that has to suffer the consequences of whatever effect you've cast. It's really just a way of tricking one or more people.
You might be tempted to think that, because you're human, you must not have magical powers and therefore can't use the illusion of agency to make someone else believe they have magical powers. For a fraction of a second before you realize that people are fools and are easily duped. It is so easy to dupe people, in fact, that you can even dupe entire groups of people into being afraid of the exact same things. If you play your cards right, you can even trick them into making their own rituals and cultures, complete with taboos and beliefs and all the other things you need in order to control a population. Sometimes you can even control what types of societies can form, and in that case you don't even need to let others know what you're planning; they'll do it for you without realizing. Given enough time, you can make them believe that chance meetings are a matter of heaven's will. Meeting someone that knows just the right thing at just the time when you needed it most can be a godsend for someone that lives among the shattered remnants of a world, forgotten by society.
Get enough people to behave in a vaguely similar way and the illusion of agency creates itself. Emotion takes place within this framework as each new member of the culture learns to feel the same types of illusions. I believe you call this "empathy."
Alien experience perhaps

Am I fucked?
So I like to come to /x/ because I have had experiences with ghosts (?) and demons. Also, I have been able to sense things about people that they are freaked out about me perceiving. General, unexplained, freaky stuff.
But I'm not all that into ayy lmaos. I think they are funny, but not all that plausible. Why would things in an intergalactic allegiance of hominids center around Earth? Seems really convenient. Anyway, I'm really iffy not on aliens existing, but on them giving one, even simi-solid fuck about this blue-green pebble we call home.
But yesterday, I woke up and saw something like pic related hoovering over me. Only one. Looking with mild disinterest. I was in my own bed in my own room, and I only saw one of them, not in some spaceship.
Now, I want to say, I know all about sleep paralysis, and yes, after I saw this thing, I went right back to sleep, or at least that's what I came away believing, but unlike sleep paralysis, I was not at all alarmed about seeing the alien's face, inches from my own. I went back to sleep, woke up in time for work and all, and didn't feel tired or drained. I wasn't worried when it was happening.
So far, since, I haven't had any experiences seeing lights, or anything else, other than one sudden headache which, while slightly more hurtful than normal, is not all that odd for me.
I place a 1000-year blood-curse on you and your ancestors if you dare turn this into a damned Jinn or demon post. Otherwise, let me know what you think. Red pills, true believers, skeptics, all welcome.

/x/, recently I've become obsessed with altered states of consciousness. Not just drugs. Deep meditation, states of sexual arousal and/or abstinance, sleep-paralysis, lucid dreaming, etc. I think it's amazing what the human brain is capable of experiencing.
I want to get fucked up but I don't have any drugs right now.
>Does anyone on /x/ share my hobby?
>Anyone on /x/ know of any mindbending stuff I can do without drugs?
