Danger after opening third eye

This is a warning to everybody on /x/ who might have been lead to the angelfire satanic website, the one that teaches you how to open your third eye through a ritual.
I did this ritual for four days straight. I meditated and vibrated the names of deities. Ever since then, strange shit has happened. I advise everybody not to fall for this trick website, because I am certain I have invited strange forces into my life. Anons who have linked others to this website are trolls who want to trap you and completely ruin your life.
I should have known from the first time I meditated. Right when I was done, for a split second in the corner of my eye I saw a dark figure looming toward my door. I just thought it was my imagination fucking with me, you know because I was sort of bracing myself the whole time anyway.
Then my dog would look at random points in my room, and fixate her gaze. She would sit on the same spot on my bed for a long time and watch my door. Then she'd look up in the corner of my room at the ceiling. I thought this was odd, but whatever pets do weird things sometimes right? So I continued with the ritual for the following days.....(my post is too long, will continue in next)

So /x/... I happened to stumble upon one of the stranger corners of the internet the other day.
It is a fledgling internet cult called "Pod'Lair".
It claims to be an omni-theory. A theory that will have larger implications than Darwin, Newton or Einstein. Already my skepticism was brewing.
The presentation of this theory is confused and scattered through their website and various youtube channel. But essentially this is what I've managed to make of it
Pod'Lair is essentially a modified version of the Myers-Briggs Type system. Myers-Briggs is based on the work of Carl Jung, and it believes that individuals posses certain cognitive functions in the ares of sensation, intuition, feeling and judgement. They claim that their theory is wholly original and revolutionary, but from my examination it is a direct copy of the aforementioned Myers-Briggs System
Pod'Lair takes these ideas, and just gives it their own strange spin. They give their types weird, alien sounding names, and each type has a strange text symbol to go along with it. For example, their founder calls himself a "Nai’xyy //(:+:)"
How to play hide and seek alone

Has anyone tried this? Is this real? Anyone has experiences to share about this?
>Hide and Seek Alone
Playing hide-and-seek-alone is quite popular in various parts of Asia. Those who have tried it report that it actually works and that they felt their lives were threatened.
>You will need:
A doll with legs. (The doll serves as a place for the spirit to enter, therefore it is advised that you not use a human doll or a doll that you really like because there is a great chance that the spirit will not leave the doll.)
Rice (The spirit that eats this offering is said to grow stronger)
Red thread (This symbolizes blood and acts of restraint)
Something from your body (Fingernails are the most commonly used, but some use their own blood, skin, hair, etc. Don’t use someone else’s body parts or else it becomes a curse.)
Weapon (Something to stab the doll with so that you can anger it. Real knives are dangerous, so most people use pencils or needles.)
Salt water or alcohol (Without this, the game won’t end. This material is used to get rid of the spirit.)
A name (Giving the spirit a name is the most powerful thing a human can give. Names give spirits great power.)
Aura of Fear

/x/, I figured I would come to you guys instead of /adv/ since this may involve auras. For as long as I can remember, random people will become extremely afraid of me. Most of these are people I barely even know. For instance, when I was younger I would be walking down the street and another kid who I had never met would pause for a second...then scream in terror crying while running away.
As an adult, it's more passive aggressive. People at random will look at me with the corner of their eye in the grocery store and then start going out of their way to avoid me while trying to hide their stress. Basically, I induce panic attacks in random people. The only thing I can do is via energy channeling- If I channel energy, the effect of this "Panic Aura" increases. People who are already affected will start to go insane and the ratio of people affected increases from about 1 in 50 to 1 in 10.
The problem is, I really DO NOT WANT this kind of "power" if such a curse can be called that. I can only increase its potency, which is useless to me. As a teenager I learned in high school that If I chased someone into a corner and then channeled energy towards them they would collapse to the ground, convulse, piss themselves, and then later suffer amnesia about the event. But as an adult things have changes, I regret toying with people, and it's starting to cause problems in my work life.

Where can I find information and stories about the Men in Black?
When I search for information all I seem to find of any value myself is Wiki information, a page, and a video.
Any have any info I can look up, or possibly stories of their own?
Do you see it as reality, exaggeration, or flat-out paranoid conspiracy?

So, the Zuni tribe of present-day New Mexico. Their religion is based on a system of gods whose name translates to the "Star Gods". According to the Zuni, these Star Gods arrived in their sky ships. They landed on a sacred mesa, and taught the Zuni about astrology, architecture and sculpture. The Zuni hold these beliefs to this day.
But no one else finds their explanation of their religion odd? "Star Gods" that came from space and gave them knowledge?
For millenia, the Zuni have created masks and small figures known as Katsina, or Kachina. The Kachina are made in the image of these "Star Gods".
On top of that, take a look at an example of these Kachina.
Looks a bit like Boba Fett, eh? Very clearly some sort of helmet and suit.
I've been looking this up since this idea came to me, and no one else seems to notice this? Am I just losing my mind, /x/? Do these star beings not sound like exactly that?
